CHARLES SCOTT NIERMAN

I have been a practicing attorney since 1984. I have participated in all aspects of hundreds of civil and criminal cases in Massachusetts and New Hampshire state and federal courts, as well as several personal injury arbitrations. The criminal matters include misdemeanors, felonies and several homicides. I have been involved in hundreds of commercial and residential real estate closings, both purchases and sales, including title, zoning and leasing issues. My practice also has encompassed the formation and counseling of corporations and LLC’s. I also have extensive experience in investment matters.
